I may be easy but I'm not cheap - it's gonna take a lot more than an intermediate priced cooker with mixed reviews to get you into our piece of Paradise. Unless, of course you bring Jess Pryles with you.

Thank You for the GREAT INFO on the MB560. I use my SRG for roasting and grilling and my BEESR for smoking , with no flame up. I have one question about the MB560, is there any problems with flame up ?

I didn't do any hot sear yet so I couldn't say.
Why couldn't Noah have swatted the 2 mosquitoes?.

I think she would make the cooker work better....even without charcoal in it...... :D :D :D

yes I still like it a lot. Only used it once to do steaks so most of my cooks have been low and slow.
