Getting ready for Fathers day cook # 171 and 172

two butts for fathers day, one pulled and the other whole  this makes #171 and #172 butts in INFRARED "IF" my count is correct

Awesome looking meat for father day. I’m going with brats and burgers. Might smoke some salmon for appetizer.

I did the math AVG of 8 lbs per butt    I cooked 1376 + pounds of butts so far!

Thank you sir.   It’s so easy and posting one is like post all others hard to tell one from another but I wanna keep the SRG alive on this forum even though CharBroil killed it off
