The ones on the left are just choinks
In the 2 rack with 2 pucks hickory.

These are in the 2 rack i done those book
Do rotate the racks. Items cook faster in the rear. Used setting PL04 For 1 hour then to PL 05 for 1.5 hours
And a homemade dijon, hot sauce dipping sauce.

Very nice - far too often I've seen bacon-wrapped items in which the item itself is overcooked while the bacon is undercooked.
I'm guilty of that myself at times, especially with bacon-wrapped shrimp. Often I've pre-cooked the bacon before wrapping, but the stars have to be aligned perfectly for me to get it just right. That's why I've switched to prosciutto to wrap
