This is the second smoke of cold apple smoke, only going with 1 hour on this one.
As for the recipe i am not going to post unless i get the ok from the recipe provider.
Got 2 more rack in the staging area :D

As much as I love chex mix, I need to try this again. First time came out kinda "meh"....probably because I didn't have enough surface area for the smoke to kiss.
