Title: Uuni pizzas

I finally got my Uuni fired up again. Started with 6 balls of dough. 3 regular and 3 were chive & onion flavored...

All the pizzas were great! The Uuni does not disappoint!

BTW, I am wonder how that piece of equipment is holding up?

Looking really good, Mike.  Now that I am finally back home for a few weeks, I have been wanting to do some pizza on my Uuni.  Time to go make some dough.  I like your chive and onion flavored dough.  Another great idea!
