A recipe I found on Pintrest. This one is addictive.
1 bag of Kraft Tex-Mex shredded cheese
2 beaten eggs
Chopped jalapenos
Chopped Bacon
1/3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking powder

Put everything in a bowl and mix well. Roll into small balls. One bite size is best.

Heat 1or 2 inches of oil in a frying pan to 350 degrees. Drop in balls and cook until golden and warmed through
about 2 minutes. Drain on paper towels.

Serve with a sauce of your choice. I like the sweet chili sauce with these.

Adding this one to the recipe box!!! Thanks for sharing...
One question.... The bacon looks like it was cooked first (done, but not overly crisp). I just wanted to confirm that.

Yes it was precooked.
