Time for PBC ribs. The can is up to temp.

Did three racks, about 2 1/2 hrs cooking time, Kingsford briquetts added two hickory chunks of wood. OO, S&P, GS, OP.

With white beans, fresh corn, Stubbs sauce on the side, green salad (not in the pic ) Very tasty,moist.
