Last time I made these they were ok at best, didn't care for the cheese. I called Tenthunter up and was talking he suggested I mix cheddar and cream cheese (50/50) then retry so I did but was not happy as I could be so I blended the cheese and cream cheese again this time it looks much better
Now these are frozen and ready for egg wash and almond/Parmesan breading
Will post after I cook these

Tommy..you can use any kind of cheese..I usually use cream cheese with taco seasong..mine stand up in a popper holder. but you can use anything. Home made ricotta is nice..1 gallon milk and 1 qt buttermilk, mix and heat till it starts to separate..then put in cheesecloth and let drain over a sink or big bowl..tastes like ricotta cheese or farmer cheese. Can be used for anything. just add herbs or flavor that you like..enjoy .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

they are fabulous in an air fryer, just sayin..cook ofr 4 minutes then add anotehr 3 minutes if needed .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
