I had some leftover brisket in the freezer that I had saved to make soup.
I have been waiting for the weather to break so I could have pizza.
So I pulled the brisket from the freezer & uncovered the pizza oven.
Gonna make 3 pizzas.
I made these pizza balls Wednesday to use last night. (Saturday)

This pizza has brisket, mushrooms, & a bit of diced onion.

I also made a pepperoni, and a sausage & mushroom pizza.
I always make 3 pizzas on pizza night. It makes for a lot of good snacks. :D :D
Pepperoni is my favorite, but the brisket pizza was very good.

PS The soup is on the stove now using the leftover, leftover brisket.

I have to agree that Pepperoni is also my favorite, but I would have no problems with 3-4 slices of that great looking brisket pizza.
Just picture perfect. What a great job.
