Title: Always a good one! Red Wine Sirloin Roast

INGREDIENTS
3 lbs Sirloin Roast
1/2 cup Red Wine
1/2 cup Water
1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon Celery Powder
1 teaspoon Allspice

INSTRUCTIONS
Smoke sirloin roast at 180 for 2.5 hours. No rub, no salt, no nothing.
After smoking, put it in the crock pot
Add red wine, water, garlic powder, onion powder, celery, powder Allspice
Mix and cook in crock pot on low for 5-7 hours. Make sure you get it to 145 degrees or a bit better. Use some of the juice to make gravy!
Serve with mashed potatoes and sides
