Title: Anyone use sirloin roast or bottom round for burnt ends? (UPDATE)

Looking to do burnt ends this weekend, anyone ever try sirloin roast or bottom end raost to do them??

Tommy, I'd think that any fattier cut of beef should work just fine for burnt ends.   I wouldn't be afraid to try some sirloin (especially since sirloin is one of my favorite beef cuts).

Ok I Have a Bottom roast swimming in beef broth and a little GunPowder for Saturday cook I'll take notes and pictures as I go
