Anyone have experience with Kurobuta hams? I have a 7.5 pounder from Snake River Farms. It's a half ham not sliced. Iv never tasted one so I'm not sure of the flavor profile. Right now I plan on using Amazing Ribs recipe. Just not sure how much smoke it will take on.
