I love pancakes and just wondered what recipe you use. I have made some "from scratch" but never found a recipe I liked. My best way I have found is to use the old Aunt Jemima mix and boycotted them for a while because of their name change, but had to buy the new name mix to get back what I liked. I still would like to find an alternative.

We have been using Krusteaz mix for many years. So far, that company has not gone woke.
