Hi all.  Looks like a nice place. See a lot of familiar folks from other forums. I live in North Alabama (Roll Tide). I have a Bradley OBS, a SRG modified to natural gas (thanks again Muebe) and other mods (thanks TMB), Weber gas grill, an UDS and a homemade somewhat WSM. I'm into sausage making, and on the verge of setting up a dry cure set-up.
