Hello Everyone,
I have been smoking food for four years and still consider myself a novice. I recently purchased a Yoder YS 480 pellet grill and started smoking meat with wood fired pellets. It is a new and interesting experience which I enjoy very much.
I am 70 years old, and BBQ is both a passion and a hobby. What else can you do when your 70? It is fun for me, and my family. Everyone enjoys the results.
I am looking forward to learning much from you folks and pick up some tips along the way.
With kind regards,
Ed

A hearty welcome from NC. But please remember I am a native son of the Republic of Texas. Merely an Aggie that took a wrong turn ( an Aggie specialty ) and settled in North Carolina 20 years ago :D
