Post by: TMB on July 07, 2013, 10:58:23 PM
Here is another good starter from Kimmie's recipe book

"Hot Wing Dip"

Two 8oz cream cheese
four cups of Monterey or Colby cheese (keep one cup back for topping)
One cup of your favorite hot wing sauce
One cup Ranch dressing
20 oz's of shredded chicken

Mix all together in a bowl then pour into a 13 x 9 pan and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 mins or until cheese is melted and IT is 160

Serve with corn strips  or corn chips

I made this recipe for my Sunday School Christmas party and it was a hit!  I had everyone wanting the recipe!

I know this is an old post, but this site is my go-to resource when I'm looking for new recipes.

Thanks for sharing Tim!

Not sure how I missed this the first time.  Sounds perfect (and by perfect I mean no blue cheese).  I need to try this one.
Title: Re: Hot Wing dip, Sausage dip too

Hi I make a sausage dip that no guy can resist. Very easy..3 ingredients.
Brown 1 lb your favorite sausage, hot if you like it
Add 1 - 8 oz pkg of cream cheese cut up and melt in sausage.
Add 1 can Rotel tomatoes, you can use original or mild or hot
Mix until all together. I use Tostitos or Scoops. Can be doubled or tripled. I put it in a small crockpot.

I am glad this topic was brought forward as I wasn't a member at the time to see this. Going
to bookmark this recipe and the one that Pam just added here.
