This blew the heck out of my 1200 calorie diet but sometimes one needs a break.

That is beautiful! Understand completely about "straying" occasionally. Mine is just under 2000 calories, 50 grams of fat, 60 grams of carbs. Never worried about the fat until now. MAN, that is hard to do. Carbs much easier, BUT I'm determined to stick it out til I get my BMI where it should be. No revealing anything yet, BUT I will.

MAN, that is hard to do. Carbs much easier, BUT I'm determined to stick it out til I get my BMI where it should be. No revealing anything yet, BUT I will.
I want you to feel the confidence to share with us about your journey to weight loss. It is a common issue for all of us that love food. And - it gives others encouragement to know that they are not alone.
You have been here long enough to know that no one will criticize or tease anyone about this. Rather - you will have a huge team - cheering you on to succeed. WE need this as part of the conversation!
