Funny coincidence...on that page, if you click thru the gallery - it shows you the "best" BBQ in and around Houston! :D
BBQ is neither verb or noun. It is an experience.

Dang...if I could get brisket for $3.65 lb, I'd buy a new freezer and stock up.  We're looking at prices 0ver $7 lb.  I've cooked 1 brisket flat in my life and that was about a year ago.
Guess I COULD moved to "cheap beef country and still come out ahead.

Tommy, 387,000 but who's counting. I drive so fast that the paint won't even stay on the car. I'm even more proud of my baby Blazer that had 980,000 miles when I gave it away. It's still running strong in the Mountains of New Mexico because I took good care of it by changing the oil every 30 or 40 thousand miles just like you are supposed to do......what???.....you mean every 3,000 miles???.....I would have had to change the oil every Tuesday at that rate.

Mike, in Texas yesterday at Krogers, that would be 666 pounds ($2.99/lb). I'd need a bigger basket to get it out of the store.

Wonder how big of a container would be needed to sous vide that much brisket.
