SPAM here....a.k.a Harvey. Why SPAM you ask? Cuz I've been trying to break into this forum for 3 weeks now using various emails and every single time it denied me, kicked me to the curb and called me "spam"! Anyhow, thanks to my good friend and brother Overground a.k.a. Chris, I have arrived!
Love bbq and love drinkin, so I'm sure I'm at the right place.
I have a large BGE, Weber Performer, Weber Genesis and my newest buddy..."step child" the PBC. Why "step child"? Cuz this thing really takes some abuse! Kick it around or throw it in the back of the truck with no tie downs and go. Love It!
So, thanks for finally accepting me and I look forward to learning a thing or two. CHEERS!

It was not you.... but - likely your e-mail address has been hacked (and this happens everyday to many folks without their knowledge, and used to generate spam), by un-savory types.

PLEASE -  protect the rest of us on LTBBQ...CHANGE your e-mail password. Why? Because - if your e-mail has been hacked, they can simply monitor it, and when they find a password, ( and the scary part is this could be for your financial information...) that can pretty easily fake their way into any forum you are a member of.

Those buggers get craftier everyday, and it might amaze you the number of them we deal with.

Thanks for the info. I thought that might have been the problem too but after creating a brand new email specifically for this sight, it was also rejected as spam. Weird, but as I came to find out, not all that uncommon.

If that's the case then it's your current IP address that's being bounced back as a spammer.

That is one of the reasons I am always preaching to NEVER leave your router open. Always lock it down with a good password.  Another issues with this is ISP's recycle IP addresses, so you may now have an IP address that someone else was assigned when they were spamming, or had their router wide open.
