Hey from down in beautiful South Georgia. Glad to be a part of this forum. I have been involved in Quein' since I was just a young 'un. Helped my Dad cook shoulders on a homemade pit of concrete blocks, chicken wire & roofing tin. Over the years, I have grown from a cheap WSM knockoff, to a Chargriller offset, to UDS, to my new pride and joy an Assassin 17 gravity feed smoker. I am Master BBQ Judge with the Georgia Barbecue Association (GBA). I look forward to getting to know the folks here. Thanks for the add.
