Hi there new to the forum but not to BBQing. Grew up with Dad BBQing all the time, kinda a side business for him. Not anything I want to do it but I do enjoy grilling, smoking and overall cooking outdoors. I have had several types of grills in the past. Currently I have a 36" pit, 3 burner Tubro built-in propane, a Green Mountain Grill Jim Bowie pellet, (newest one) Black Stone Pizza oven and a Black Stone 48" griddle. I just took back a Louisiana Grill Champion to Costco, it would not hold low temperature and tech support was very slow to respond. I have been BBQing most of my adult life but there is always something new to learn.
