Here is a great example of getting home late and using the MAK.
I had to work a double shift and Wendy had to stay over at the clinic so we hit the Local HEB and grabbed some hot dogs and buns.
Fired up the MAK and removed one of the cooking grates and added just one griddle
I know there have been concerns about airflow using two griddles. This picture shows how the griddle is not completely covering the cooking grate. You can see the opening on the left side.
When the MAK reached 350, on went the Hebrew Nationals
I toasted the buns first on the griddle and had them in the warming box (fast late night cook so less pictures on this one)
Well, that didn't take long
A little cheese and chili and onion and you got a quick pellet griddle cooked supper
