OK guys here are the pictures.... I'm telling ya, if you like Chuck-Fil-A your gonna want to try pickle brine!
I brind these chicken parts for 24 hrs in pickle juice (sorry Tee I wrote 14 to you) Fat fingers and I-phones don't work well
Recipe for breading, 1 cup Almond flour, 1 cup Parmesan cheese, 2 tps salt, 2 Tbs parsley and 2 tsp of garlic powder
I then dipped the chicken in flour then in the egg wash then into the almond/cheese mix then I placed in freezer for a few to set the breading before cooking in air fryer
Took about 10 mins on 350 setting in the XL fryer
