Garlic Cream Cheese Stuffed Strip Steak Pinwheels

INGREDIENTS
5 lbs Sirloin Strip
4 cups Cream Cheese
1.5 tablespoons Garlic Powder Can also use 5 to 7 cloves of Fresh Garlic
Salt
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
Ask your butcher to trim lean and tenderize or trim at home and tenderize with a meat mallet
Take 4 cups of cream cheese and mix in a tablespoon and a half of garlic powder to taste
Add salt and pepper to taste
Heat our Perfect Mix at 375 for about an hour or until 150 degrees in meat or use the 100% Hickory pellets for a great light smoke flavor!
