Rib-Eyes 'cause Kimmie wanted steak

Kimmie wanted a good steak so she bought some nice rib-eyes at the store....

Now the bad thing is she wanted her's COOKED the way she wants it done which means burnt  :(

I started hers at 4:30 on the SRG turn a 1/4 turn at 4:35 then fliped at 4:40.  Then I started mine  :D :D :D

Mine was a nice med rare her's well lets say Kingsford Charcoal is a great description  :D :D :D :D

I could eat both now in CT....but to tell the truth I could eat both anytime......they look great

Seriously, I have know a few that only eats there steak extremely well done...………….a few  :)

I go through the same thing every Saturday.  My sister sounds a lot like Kimmie, then  my mom and B-i-L are more Medium, and I'm like you, Rare to Mid-Rare.  So, I've three different start times, sometimes four if I get thicker ones for my B-i-L and me.

Then if my daughter and S-i-L come down . . .

This week it's NY Strips.
