Pickled eggs!  It's what's for dinner! 

Actually, I have the fixin's to start a batch of smoked pickled eggs for the KOA Gathering.  Onions, japs, smoked pickled eggs...  And a really good pickling recipe, from Lumpy.

Looks good. My mom would make meatloaf with an egg inside. When she would cut the loaf we would be amazed as to how she would get the egg in there perfectly.
Boil the eggs first then put it in the loaf.  :o ;D
