Tee..just take your pork shoulder..I used country pork ribs with bones. Put them in a pan covered with water and add some salt & gahhlick. No need to cut up gahhlick..it will dissolve. Cook covered on medium until water is evaporated..this takes a while.. then cook until the pork is browned all over. Chop or shred and Enjoy.
You can also do the same in the oven, but cook it covered in lard.
I use a 4 qt Le Creuset works best. But any cast iron will do. I cook mine on the stove top.
