Hi everybody!  Just got introduced to this forum.  Novice bbqer at best, fairly good griller, better than average Dutch Oven cook.  Have been asked to join to help with the Dutch Ovening section. If you have questions,  hit me up.

From the thriving metropolis of Waynesville, NC.  Wish I had a few pics of my dishes.  SOme are pretty, some not, but they all taste good!  Obviously I am going to have to get me am avatar with the caption of Never trust a Skinny Cook!  LOL.
