MSP,  Glad you made it over here.  There are a lot of the old family here as well as many new folks.  There are some really smart people here who know what they are doing when it comes to outdoor cooking of all types...then you have me, David, Pam, and Tommy ;) for diversity.  Welcome, there is a lot of good teachers here for us to learn from and maybe give a good idea ourselves every once in awhile.  Dee

Great to have you here MSP!

One of the greatest assets we have at LTBBQ is the knowing - that EVERYONE here, no matter how new to outdoor cooking, or how tenured they may be - has something to contribute to the pool of information. ;)

I am continually reminded of this every time a new member that is also new to outdoor cooking offers up an idea that is fresh and new.

It just reminds me that we all have a tendency toward becoming sedentary in our habits. Rationally - this is partially due to being comfortable with our successes. And - it is also a slight fear that if we change a given method/approach to cooking, we will somehow damage our confidence in our own abilities.

(O.K....enough of the psycho-babble...we all are lazy when we can be - and it takes a fresh approach to make us learn something! :D )
