On Sunday went in to costco and then came out with a trager
Has a much higher WAF than the one that i really wanted, so now i am the owner of the following.
BGE (BBQ Guru controlled)
MBES (Normally run the Amazin smoker in this Pellets and dust)
Trager 400
Volcano
Just putting an old Charmglow grill out to pasture.... has done me well but have got to much the taste for wood and with the trager the wife can use that as the egg is a bit too much of mission.
When it cools down i tend to do a lot of Salmon. During the summer no meat is safe from smokin
.
Also pizza, bread veges... First cook on the Trager was bread last night.
