Turtle, thanks for sending that Waygu brisket from Snake River Farms in Washington state. It was the most beautiful hunk of beef I have ever seen. So juicy... so moist... so tasty. It couldn't have been smoked better, but how can you you go wrong when Dee and his executive chef son-in-law Brad did the preparing and cooking. And yes, we left some for the stragglers that are coming in the next few days. This brisket truly is the best beef I have ever eaten, and I live in Texas and close to bbq mecca.
