I made breakfast for all my boys
« Reply #-1 on: October 01, 2013, 11:04:46 AM »
At the gathering, I didn't know what to make that they weren't going to so I thought I would fill in a lil bit.  I made fried donuts again, by request, and covered them with a maple coating then dipped in chopped bacon. The next morning I made cinnamon rolls on the MAK2**. excellent job on themak on an Emil Henry stone. Friday morning was scotch eggs with sausage gravy in case they were dry..Not dry at all, but then I was requested to make sausage gravy the next morning with cathead biscuits..what is a cat head biscuit? They explained it so we faked it. They were fabulous on Tees MAK. a few pics, just click on to enlarge.  Pam  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ

Not sure what happened to my post, but... I am drooling right now, especially at the gravy.  You'd think sausage gravy would be easy to find in Texas, but everyone seams to just make plain southern (flour) gravy.  Can't find a good chicken or turkey gravy either for that matter.
