Munching on some smoked jalapeno cheese and crackers while waiting. First time I saw the cheese at the butcher shop. I'll be back for more of that. Mmm.

Didn't get a photo of the ribs, but they needed to cook a bit longer. The tri-tip and chicken were quite tasty.

The tri-tip did not appear to be done from the outside on the PBC, but the temp was fine. I threw it on the Quantum grill to darken it a bit.

I've got three FoodSaver bags to get me through the week now.

I barely beat the storm. Cooker still to hot for the cover when it hit. Fortunately, it blew threw pretty quickly.
