I started off with 6 boneless/skinless chicken thighs. Trimmed and seasoned with garlic powder and Magic.
Vacuum sealed and ready for a hot bath.
After 5 hours in a 148 degree water bath, the thighs were dried and then coated in the following breading mix:
¾ cup flour
3 tsp of Magic
dredged in 2 eggs
¾ cup of Italian bread crumbs mixed with
¼ cup of shredded Parmesan cheeseAfter 30 seconds per side in 350+ degree oil.

Fork tender and juicy chicken with a nice crunch. The Magic did it’s magic once again!
