Title: Baking inSRG
Post by: Bluecham on January 21, 2021, 08:32:52 PM
So I want to try baking something in my SRG. What would you suggest and how would go about doing it?

Naan bread.  Just paste it to the insides.

Naan in SRG, use a long set of tongs, and cooking in a 8" cast iron pot. breads, etc. Skins on a top shelf.  Enjoy.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ .

just scrape it down, I use a ss metal scratcher and knock off the loose stuff and then go for it. So not oil it and just slap the naan on it, use long tongs too.    .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.
