Nice lookin' birds, Tommy! I go back and forth between the SRG and the PBC for my birds. Hard to beat the just plain goodness of the SRG. But, the PBC adds that "charcoal" flavor and dang, I like that too. I will say, that generally, I like the skin better off the SRG. But, mostly I take the skin off before eating anyway. The fact is, I am happy I have both!Nice cook!David
So with the two 6 pounders, how much quicker did the top bird cook compared to the guy on the bottom?
