Sous Vide Lamb Chops & Naan

Last night's dinner:
Small lamb chops into the tub @ 131.5° for ninety minutes.
Naan ready to grill.
Fry 'em up. Seared the lamb on the flat top.
Ready to plate.
Plated with quinoa & brown rice, buttered carrots, and hominy.
Very tasty meal.
Lamb was perfect. Naan ditto.

So far lamb is one kind of meat that I have not developed a liking for. Maybe I haven't had it prepared correctly, but I've tried it several times by several different cooks. Yours really looks tasty though.

I love lamb Chops so much have not had them in ages....We even had leg of lamb for our wedding dinner......same me a plate

My wife loves lamb chops. She has also developed a taste for naan. If I show her this post, I know what one of our next meals will be.
