Hi ! My question is approximately how many prime rib roast come in a case box ? We have been having a prime rib meal at my bar one Sunday a month. We started with 20 people eating the first time now words getting around and there's more people coming every time. I'm pretty sure I can get 3 17 pound boneless rib roast on my Daniel Boone at one time. I'm just wondering if I'd be better off buying a case at a time.

It will vary from one packer to another but the norm is four to a case, depending on the size. And yes,
most
places will give you a break on buying by the case. Check with Sam's Club, if you have one nearby or a restaurant supply.
