Get one of these....
Do some spiral slicing, coat it with course grain mustard and give a generous rub of Plowboys "The Jerk" rub and throw it on with whatever you may be smoking.....
After a good smoke core out the center and put in a blender with some Scotch Bonnets, onions, garlic, and whatever other peppers you have handy with more Jerk seasoning, stuff it and put back on the keg.....
Let it cool, wrap in foil and put in fridge overnight, slice when cold, (it all stays together better)......
Heat the keg with the baking steel up to 375*, (woodfired flattop in this case) and fry it up nice and brown....
Add an egg and call it breakfast......
