Real nice write-up (as usual) Hub! Very informative and easy for a beginner to grasp as well. I've learned a lot from all the kind folks on this site. There's a wealth of knowledge in the membership here and kindness in sharing to boot! I hope to help the new folks here as much as the veterans of the site have helped me.

Very insightful, thank you. And with all the great recommendations on pellets and the tube re: my "Where's the Smoke" it's a learning curve, but a fun one !

I made a post on this forum that I bought two Traegers yesterday at a Costco roadshow...one for me and one for my son. You replied that it would be helpful (actually you said "please, please, please read....")
your 101 and 102 articles. I did that last night and sent the links to my son. Very informative and helpful. Thanks Hub.
