While this video tells the majority of us what we already know. He did something interesting to his chicken and he purposely left a rack of ribs on to see if and when the rack would actually fall into the coals. I figure if someone is one the fence about the PBC this video will put their fears to rest and they can join the "Barrelution" with no worries....

If you wait, you are wasting time.  It is the easiest charcoal cooker/smoker/chicken whisperer (BIGG's words not mine) you will ever use.

Smoke you are correct on any fence sitters. I actually found this video as I was looking for a UDS or some other cooker back in December. I read what was in the forum and Pit master T video and I was convinced. There is also another fella (Ballistic BBQ) out there doing all kinds of PBC cooking and it really makes making the PBC purchase a no-brainer.   8)

I want one but with the new Rec-Tec and the new cooker I'm trying to build Kimmie would never go for another grill/cooker right now
