Just got my new PBC today and am giving my "PBC Classic" to my son in law. Really impressed with the fit and finish new one. A picture is worth a thousand words. Yep he seems very happy to get it. I had him cook 2 slabs of BB ribs at my house on Mother's Day while I coached him... of course they turned out great.

Very Nice. You need to break it in to get that new BBQ smell :P

I know all you guys want me to put it to use, but it is almost to pretty to cook on! Will try to do the first cook this weekend!

Wow. That thing is gorgeous. Perhaps I need two. I've managed to get rid of a couple of other smokers since I've been almost exclusively using my PBC. Hmm. Father's Day is coming up. :-)

I would call that a "slight overslight".....sometimes it is best just to put the new pit on the patio and if ya get caught...........run :D :D
