Hello All,
My 2 older children were in town this weekend and requested some Q.
Just did a pork butt and a couple racks of ribs.
All rubbed and ready to go:

Ribs done:

Pork finished:

I did not foil the pork butt this time -- just put on the grate once it hit 160.
Did have a great bark (both older kids are bark sharks)
Thanks for reading.

Thanks to all that commented.
Been so busy lately, haven't had much time for the fun stuff.
Thanks again.

Looks like those young'uns ate well. :)

Looks great. I'm assuming the ribs were done by the time the pork went on the grate?

That sure does look good! Nice cook!

Hello All,
@enassar, yes the ribs were done in about 4 hours -- the butt reached 160 at about 5.5 hours so it did work out pretty well.
Thank you
