Here a few photos from one of our PBC foodies. This was a 2 pound flank steak rubbed with salt, pepper, and garlic. Cooked to an internal temperature of 140F, reached in about one hour.

That looks good...I love flank steak, I just started to get into this cut recently and have cooked them all on the Pit Barrel...
