Mike, I was not able to do the graph on my iMac Office 2007 but was able to do the graph in Windows 7 using Office 2007.
When you have the tappecue spreadsheet up you need to enable the macros. Then click "control" then "shift" then "G" and the macro should take over and make your graph. It may take a few min for it to think and do it's thing. If you have been doing the above steps then I would guess that your Office 2000 version is not going to be compatible with the spreadsheet.
