Title: Do You Need A Gun In Your Kitchen?
Post by: ACW3 on July 09, 2014, 05:11:20 PM
I just received this ad.  It is actually an infrared temperature "gun".  The price is right, or so it seems.  I already have one.  I am passing this along for your information.

That is a very good price for one that goes up that high, but I also already have one.

Harbor Freight has IR gun for 29.  Usually around 50+.  These things are a big help in the kitchen inside and outside. Dee

I just got this one from Amazon a couple weeks ago.

So far so good. It is a Maverick product and I do like their Redi Chex BBQ Thermometers.

Spuds I kind of figured there was something like that. Why would you need a risk free trial for something that cost less than $10 with shipping? ::)

I got one when I got my pizza oven to check temps on the stone. I wind up playing with it all over the place. It drives the cats crazy when I check their temp with it.

Seems too good to be true. One of those things that they just charge your card at will.

I've had fraud several times. My bank lets me put a charge in contest online. Very easy to do.

It is a PITA, but your best bet is to get a new card # issued and kill that one.
