Greetings!
Wanted to say hello from Pennsylvania. I am new to the BBQ community. I recently purchased a Pit Barrel Cooker which is arriving at my doorstep today. I look forward to exploring the forum and learning from each and everyone of you. Thanks for having me!

Welcome from a NC PBC owner. You'll love your PBC. I have made my best chicken wings on mine. What part of PA do you live in? I was born in Pottsville, many years ago.

I'll second the motion on chicken in the PBC. I did 2 birds split in half on the PBC, had one half for dinner that night and vacuumed sealed the other three. When it came time to eat the others, they were wonderful. Wife took some to work and shared with co-workers and they were asking her what cooking method I used on the chicken. We phototcopied the PBC brochure and she gave them out at work.
