Post by: maicoman29 on November 11, 2014, 08:49:39 AM: Hi everyone from the soon to be "the great white NW PA!"
Please excuse the typos,it's hard to type on a small cell phone screen. Been dabbling with smoking for almost a year and a half and found out my whole family loves it so I'm here to learn. So far this site has taught me alot just by browsing until I joined. I'm sure this site and its members will make me more confident in what I'm doing so please bear with me.

One thing you will notice here is a lack of "tone". We are a bunch of friendly folks and will not make you feel uncomfortable with any cooking questions you want to ask. So - don't be bashful! This place is better when YOU participate!

Very cool. I used to take the walk around the monument (even in the bad weather) with the family regularly.
