Hi, My name is Aaron and I like to BBQ and smoke meats. I was invited here by Muebe so how could I decline an invitation. Just looking down the home page I think I've seen alot of you at some other forums. Anyway, I plan on doing some GB jerky this weekend and some sorta BBQ'n. I have a Bradley smoker, A primo Oval grill and smoker, A cabelas Food dehydrator, a Lodge cast iron Hibachi, a Lem 5 pound sausage stuffer, A cabelas Heavy duty meat grinder, a cabelas 7-1/4 meat slicer, and a Kitchenair super duper cordless jerky shooter I had to refurbish before it would work. Anyway, I look forward to browsing through the forum.

Thanks for the Warm welcome guys!!! I started out this morning by making a BBQ avatar stick dude on Microsoft paint. Just so you all know, thats a T-bone going on the BBQ, really cant tell on my small avatar so heres a big version. Now off to the store to get some meat :)
