Found this wonderful forum while researching the PBC, which by the way, arrived yesterday. I’m old enough that I didn’t grow up with computers, so please go easy on me if I have trouble posting pictures and an avatar. Looking forward to many great meals from this impressive cooker. I have a Weber gasser that I converted to city methane that I am vey happy with - especially with the Grill Grates and an Amazin Smoker Tube. But the PSC does things the Weber can’t, so I’m excited to get over the learning curve and being able to turn out food like you gents are doing. This forum will be a big help.

Welcome from another Oregonian! What part of southern Oregon are you in? I have to drive to Medford on Tuesday to watch my son play basketball in the state playoffs. 5 hours each way for an hour and a half game...but it's worth it!
